Completing the Record
As the new hire completes their assigned tasks, the Onboarding Process Owner will be notified by user alerts, displayed in red, on the envelope icon at the top of the page. To view the alerts, click the envelope icon. To close the alerts list, click the message icon again.
A new hire record requires the completion of tasks and questionnaires, as well as accepting and/or signing forms and documents, and then transmitting these files to the eOPF system. You can complete a record in the order that meets the needs of your agency's business process.
