Onboard: General Tasks

The Tasks page now displays a green checkmark next to the Schedule a Fingerprint appointment indicating that task is complete.

To continue, Joy will select the Upload Required Supporting Documents task. This task requires the new hire to upload supporting documents that were not submitted with the application.

Note: Agency requirements vary for collecting supporting documents from new hires. Please refer to your agency's onboarding procedures for additional guidance.
