Onboard: Signing and Submitting Forms
After confirming the form can be viewed, the new hire will verify the information is accurate. The new hire will click Sign and Submit to apply an electronic signature and submit the form to the HR office. If the information on the form is incorrect, the new hire can return to the corresponding questionnaire page to change their response(s). Once the form is submitted, it is locked and cannot be edited.
Note: For some forms, the new hire will not be able to sign and submit the forms until the HR office enters a completion date for the Confirm Entry on Duty task. For example, the new hire cannot sign the SF-61: Appointment Affidavit form until after the HR office enters a completion date for the Confirm Entry on Duty task.
