Onboard: Navigation and Resources
Now that we have reviewed the new hire's portion of onboarding, we'll discuss the available resources.
New hires can click the Help Center link, at anytime, to access the online help pages for technical guidance.
New hires who need assistance can use the Contact Us link. Clicking the link, as shown below, will display the name, email address, and phone number for the Benefits, Payroll, and HR Contact for the onboarding process, assigned to the record. These contacts will receive new hire inquires.
There is no help desk available within the onboarding system for new hires, since most inquiries are agency specific or procedural questions. It is the agency's responsibility to be responsive to and address the new hire inquiries. If you have technical issues that you cannot resolve, you can submit a help desk ticket.
To exit the system, the new hire will go to the top right corner of the page and click the down arrow next to their name to log out.
