New Hire Access to the USA Staffing Onboard System

There may be instances when new hires fail to properly verify their identity when responding to an offer. A new hire's account will lock after the third unsuccessful attempt entering the day and month of birth on the Tentative Job Offer response page. When this occurs, the onboarding system will instruct the new hire to contact your Human Resources office for assistance.

In other instances, the new hire will enter accurate information on the Tentative Job Offer response page, but not remember their password for the login.gov site. When this occurs, the new hire will need to use the Forgot your password? feature on the login.gov site to reset the account.
