Accessing USA Staffing Onboard with Login.gov Account
After Joy confirms her identity, she is directed to login.gov.
New hires must access their USA Staffing Onboard account through login.gov. Login.gov is a Federal credentialing service that offers secure and private online access to government programs, services and benefits. With a login.gov account, users can sign into participating government websites using the same sign-in information.
New hires who applied through USAJOBS will already have a login.gov account since USAJOBS requires all applicants to use login.gov to sign in. New hires who do not have a login.gov account will need to create an account. For step-by-step instructions on creating a login.gov account, refer new hires to this guide: Creating your login.gov Account.
If the new hire already has a login.gov account, refer to this guide: Accessing your login.gov Account.
All new hires must have a login.gov account to access the USA Staffing Onboard system. This account will be used each time the new hire logs into the onboarding system.
PLEASE NOTE: This course has been updated to include the change to login.gov for USAJOBS access. This change is currently in the Stage environment and will be deployed to Production at a later date.
