This system is oriented around new hires completing assigned tasks. The Tasks page is where the new hire can view, begin work, and track the progress of their assigned tasks. Once the new hire completes and submits the tasks, the HR office will review the information.
The page displays the following:
- Task Name will display along with a red box indicating the task is incomplete. Once the task is complete, a green checkmark will display.
- Details displays a view link next to the task. Clicking the View link will display the items required for that task and allow the new hire to begin the process.
- Due column displays the task due date.
- Completed column will populate the date the new hire completed the task.
To begin the first task, Joy will click View on the Complete New Hire Questionnaire task.
