Signing and Accepting Forms
To sign and accept the forms, go to the Forms page under the Assignments tab.
Now that we have completed the questionnaires, the forms are populated with the required information. The Agency Next Action column will display either Sign and Accept Form or Review and Accept Form. Forms that display Sign and Accept Form indicate that the HR user will need to apply an electronic signature. Forms that display Review and Accept Form indicates that you have reviewed and are accepting the form, although no signature is required from the HR user.
In this example, we will click I-9: Employment Eligibility Verification to review, accept, and sign the form.
